Ch. 1852Divine Statue

Zhao Fu assessed the Jade Goddess's weak faction and sought a way to strengthen it, then discovered she possessed divine inheritance power. He asked her to transfer some of it, claiming his idea could give her faction one of the Divine World's strongest inheritances, and she began the process at her divine temple.

  • Zhao Fu learned that the Jade Goddess's faction had just over six million people, a little over eight hundred thousand soldiers, and no notable advantages or powerful inheritance.
  • Zhao Fu drew jade divine power from the Jade Goddess and asked how long she had been a god and whether she possessed inheritance power.
  • The Jade Goddess said she had been a god for one hundred and sixty years and had an ordinary divine inheritance, and Zhao Fu asked her to give him some of it.
  • Zhao Fu promised that, if his idea worked, her faction would gain one of the Divine World's strongest inheritances, and the Jade Goddess led him to her city's divine temple.
  • The Jade Goddess activated her jade statue, and faith power from across the faction surged into it.

Ch. 1853Ironstone

  • Jade Goddess brought Ironstone Goddess to the temple, where Ironstone Goddess demanded that Zhao Fu defeat her before she would submit.

Ch. 1854Hall of All Gods

Zhao Fu defeated Ironstone Goddess in a test of strength, and she agreed to submit to him. He absorbed her inherited divine power and used his godhead to fuse it with Jade Goddess’s inheritance, confirming that his plan for the Pantheon of Myriad Gods could succeed.

  • Ironstone Goddess attacked Zhao Fu with her spear, but he deflected her strikes and sent her full-force spear flying with a single blow.
  • Ironstone Goddess recognized Zhao Fu’s strength and agreed to submit, after which he sealed the Six Desires Demonic Qi inside her.
  • Ironstone Goddess passed her inherited divine power to Zhao Fu, who found that it conflicted with Jade Goddess’s inheritance.
  • Zhao Fu used the godhead in his mind to fuse the two inheritances into a new power, forming a sphere of jade and iron particles and confirming his plan could succeed.

Ch. 1855Divine Forbidden Land

Zhao Fu searched for an extraordinary inheritance object for the Pantheon of Myriad Gods but found that the goddesses’ items could not withstand his divine inheritance power. The Ironstone Goddess directed him to a dangerous Divine Forbidden Land, where Zhao Fu entered alone to look for something suitable.

  • Zhao Fu found that the Jade Goddess’s Inheritance Stone already contained power and could not serve as the Pantheon of Myriad Gods’ inheritance object.
  • The Jade Goddess and Ironstone Goddess offered a jade soldier carving and an iron sphere, but both cracked when Zhao Fu infused them with inheritance power.
  • The Ironstone Goddess suggested that a nearby Divine Forbidden Land might hold a suitable inheritance object, and Zhao Fu agreed to investigate.
  • Zhao Fu told the goddesses to wait outside, then flew into the Forbidden Land while they discussed their feelings for him.

Ch. 1856Monster

Zhao Fu discovered that the Forbidden Land trapped him in an endless loop, so he used chained monsters to find a way out. After reaching their settlement, he met an elder who agreed to lead him toward the depths and the mysterious thing that had transformed the monsters.

  • Zhao Fu found that neither the Glazed Illusion Eye nor further attempts to fly could help him escape the loop.
  • A group of monsters tried to hypnotize Zhao Fu with their song, but he resisted and bound them with chains.
  • Zhao Fu followed the monsters to their settlement after repeatedly falling back into the loop when he flew alone.
  • Zhao Fu confronted roughly a thousand monsters, then stopped when an elderly man pleaded with him not to slaughter them.
  • The elder told Zhao Fu that a power in the Forbidden Land's depths had transformed the monsters from ordinary people, and agreed to guide him there.

Ch. 1857Unknown Evil Spear

Zhao Fu fought his way through the Forbidden Land and defeated a colossal monster before reaching a stone spear at the center of a vast pit. He resisted the spear’s evil power and pulled it free, unleashing a tremendous burst of pale light that alarmed the Jade Goddess and Ironstone Goddess outside.

  • Zhao Fu slaughtered the beasts attacking him as he and the old man traveled deeper into the Forbidden Land.
  • Zhao Fu defeated a gigantic, three-bodied serpent-tailed monster with his seven-colored power and sword formation.

Ch. 1858Godly Inheritance

Zhao Fu claimed the ancient stone spear from the Forbidden Land and began turning it into the inheritance artifact for the Pantheon of Myriad Gods. After learning it required more divine inheritances, he confronted the powerful Goldstone God and demanded his submission.

  • Zhao Fu pulled the stone spear from the Forbidden Land, then agreed to shelter the monsters there in the Jade Goddess's territory in exchange for the promised inheritance artifact.
  • Zhao Fu explained that the spear would become the Spear of Myriad Gods and described how divine statues in the Pantheon would nurture its power.
  • Zhao Fu infused the spear with the inheritances of the Jade Goddess and Ironstone Goddess, but discovered it needed the inheritance of at least three gods to transform.
  • The Ironstone Goddess told Zhao Fu about the Goldstone God, so Zhao Fu flew to his territory and demanded that he submit or die.
  • The Goldstone God attacked Zhao Fu with a golden saber, but Zhao Fu blocked the strike and sent him flying with a powerful slash.

  • Zhao Fu considered how the Pantheon of Myriad Gods’ power could resist and devour divine power, though its small size left it vulnerable.
  • Zhao Fu ordered a thousand soldiers to form a Godslayer Spear, an ability inherited from the Myriad Gods Spear that was designed to kill gods.

  • Many soldiers obeyed and killed the captives, while some remained unable to strike the women, children, and elderly.

Ch. 1865Lord of the Empire

Zhao Fu faced resistance to his order to kill prisoners and their families in the Pantheon of Myriad Gods. He slaughtered the soldiers and generals who objected, leaving the rest too terrified to speak against him.

  • Soldiers objected to killing elderly people and children, and about a hundred thousand stepped out of formation to leave the army.
  • Several generals also opposed Zhao Fu's order and offered to resign rather than carry it out.
  • Zhao Fu drew the Imperial Killing Sword and killed the hundred thousand soldiers with a single attack.

Ch. 1866Scripture of Myriad Gods

Zhao Fu forced the soldiers of the Pantheon of Myriad Gods to submit to him, then began reforms to secure their loyalty and expand his military. He left the chapter planning to unify the gods’ holy scriptures as the Scripture of Myriad Gods, linking worship of individual gods to loyalty to the Pantheon and, through it, to himself.

  • Zhao Fu killed several stubborn resisters and forced the soldiers to kneel and swear loyalty to him.
