From the very founding of Konoha, the Uchiha Clan had served in the Konoha Military Police Force. They had certainly done their share of hard work, if not earned great merit.
They had even produced a loyal ninja like Kagami Uchiha, who became the right-hand man of the Second Hokage, Senju Tobirama.
But clearly, Sarutobi Hiruzen and Shimura Danzō's distrust of the Uchiha ran deep.
Though the Uchiha Clan had lost many ninjas during the Nine-Tails' attack, the blame had still been pinned on them!
There was only one reason: in their eyes, only Wood Release and the Sharingan could control a Tailed Beast!
Uchiha Fugaku then delivered another rousing speech, portraying Third Hokage Hiruzen Sarutobi as a despicable villain.

Uchiha Fugaku clenched his fist as he spoke.
Uchiha Yu watched the scene and smiled faintly.
"Without Senju Tobirama, Uchiha Madara should have become the First, shouldn't he? Konoha owes the Uchiha a Hokage!"
Just as Uchiha Yu was thoroughly enjoying the show, the mysterious ninja stood up and spoke in a quiet voice.
"We have to report this to Lord Danzō right away!"
