The God Realm's affairs are decided in the God Realm Committee, a meeting hall jointly governed by five God Kings: the Asura God, God of Destruction, God of Evil, God of Goodness, and Goddess of Life. The Sea God is a first-tier main god rather than one of the five rulers. 91 92
- The God Realm Hub is the realm's core and can lock onto the Douluo Continent to investigate events in the lower realm. 91

At some point, the realm was swept into a black hole during a Space-Time Catastrophe and became trapped amid Space-Time Turbulence, where it faces pressure from six other God Realms. Tang San remains separated from Tang Wulin because of this crisis. 86
The crisis concerns the future-era Douluo God Realm ruled by Tang San, while the God Realm Committee's involvement with Tang Wulin occurs in an era approximately twenty thousand years earlier than Tang San's original time. 86 91
Tang Wulin Incident
When Tang Wulin's Golden Dragon King bloodline approached completion, the Sea God, Asura God, and God of Destruction simultaneously sensed resonant traces of their own powers on the Douluo Continent. Their divine senses collided, causing part of the God Realm to tremble. 90
The God Realm Committee activated the God Realm Hub and identified Tang Wulin as carrying:
