Background / History

Tekka is a highly respected young member of the Uchiha Police Force, known for his fierce temperament and longstanding dissatisfaction with Konoha's leadership. Following the attempted abduction of Uchiha Shingetsu, he insists that Shingetsu testify before the clan, arguing that the sole survivor's account is essential for demanding answers from the village 11.
