Background

Sasuke grew up in an Uchiha Clan that was not destroyed. At eleven, he was deeply frustrated that both Itachi and Uchiha Kei had awakened the Sharingan at eight while he had not awakened his own eyes. He spent three years measuring himself against Kei; competition gradually gave way to admiration when he could not close the gap. 44
