Goku looked at Chi-Chi and smiled reassuringly. "Chi-Chi, you have to believe in our Gohan. He's an incredibly strong child, and he can handle the pressure of this training."

At first, the energy waves he released were wildly unstable, sometimes strong and sometimes weak, and their direction was erratic. But with Goku's patient guidance and constant encouragement, Sun Gohan gradually found the knack and mastered the technique.
"Good, Gohan, that's it! Keep it up! Don't let your guard down!" Goku shouted excitedly, his voice brimming with pride and enthusiasm.
On the other side of the training ground, Sun Bra was also training with complete focus and diligence. She had inherited Goku's fearlessness and Bulma's intelligence, showing a level of grit and determination beyond her years.
Goku walked over to Sun Bra, his eyes full of admiration and expectation. "Bra, your potential is every bit as great as your brother's. Believe in yourself and bring it out."

Bulma arrived at the training ground as well. Standing quietly to one side, she watched her daughter's earnest focus, her face bright with pride and delight. "Keep it up, sweetheart! Mom knows you're the best!"
Next, Goku began teaching Sun Bra the advanced technique of Instant Transmission. He said earnestly, "Bra, focus completely and try to sense the subtle, distinctive energy around you."
"Close your eyes and focus. When you sense that special energy, imagine yourself arriving there in an instant," Goku instructed her patiently.
Following Goku's directions, Sun Bra shut her eyes and concentrated on sensing the energy around her. She tried again and again, failing each time. Sweat gradually beaded on her forehead, but she never once thought of giving up. Finally, after countless attempts, Sun Bra successfully performed Instant Transmission. She cheered excitedly, her voice full of joy and triumph.
At the same time, young Mai was working hard to improve herself on the training ground. Though she was still very small, her stubborn refusal to give in or shy away from hardship left a deep impression.
Watching Mai train so earnestly, Goku felt a rush of affection. In an especially gentle voice, he said, "Mai, don't rush. Take it one step at a time."

"Bra, you're getting more and more skilled at Instant Transmission. Keep it up! Practice until it becomes second nature." Goku gave Sun Bra a thumbs-up, his expression full of approval.

"Mai, your Destructo Disc is really taking shape. That's amazing! If you keep at it, you'll become an outstanding warrior," Goku said, ruffling Mai's hair and giving her his warmest encouragement.
Mai smiled happily, her innocent grin seeming to chase away every shadow.
After a long stretch of grueling, intensive training, Sun Gohan, Sun Bra, and Mai had all made remarkable progress. Their strength, speed, and technique had all improved by leaps and bounds.

Goku watched the fight closely from the sidelines. Seeing Sun Gohan's outstanding performance, he was filled with pride and satisfaction.
Sun Bra was no less impressive. She made full use of Instant Transmission, vanishing and reappearing throughout the fight until her opponent had no idea where she would strike next.
"Great Ape Protection!" When the enemy launched a fierce barrage of attacks, Sun Bra stayed calm in the face of danger and quickly summoned a sturdy Energy Shield. It blocked the enemy's attacks, showcasing her impressive defensive abilities.
Though Mai was young, she fought with remarkable courage and tenacity.
"Berserk Ape Strike!" Without hesitation, Mai entered a berserk state. Her strength and speed surged dramatically, giving the enemy plenty of trouble and forcing them to take her seriously.
After the battle, Goku gave them a thorough assessment of their performances.
"Gohan, you used your fighting techniques very well, and that deserves praise. But you need to manage your stamina carefully. Otherwise, you might run out of energy later in a fight and end up at a disadvantage," Goku said seriously.
"Bra, your Instant Transmission was a great asset in battle. That was excellent. But you need to make decisions more decisively. Don't hesitate, or you'll miss your chance." Goku looked at Sun Bra, his eyes full of expectation.
"Mai, your courage makes Dad very proud. But remember, becoming stronger takes time and constant effort. You must never slack off," Goku said earnestly, gently patting Mai's head.
