Cell's Defeat

"Yo, you can still stand? As expected of Sun Wukong."

Wukong's body was in tatters, but he still used every last bit of strength to stand. His left hand had already been hit by Cell's beam and could no longer move.

But Wukong did not give up. He only slowly said through his mouth, "Kaioken... times... three!"

Wukong's body swelled up once again. It was obvious that, with the first two times, his body had been able to endure the heart rate, but now it was completely different. His body was battered and broken, and the overload brought by that heart rate had already made it impossible for his body to keep holding on like this.

"Ka... Kame... hameha!"

Wukong actually unleashed a Kamehameha with one hand! It was just like Gohan from the main timeline fighting Cell, except the latter's wave right now was a little inferior to the former's. After all, Gohan had been Super Saiyan 2.

And the power of this attack was in no way inferior to a two-handed Kamehameha! Cell finally took this attack seriously. His hands also gathered a Kamehameha, and it collided fiercely with this strike.

Wukong's body was being stabbed with pain by the aftershock condensed from this beam. His body was clearly already on the verge of collapse.

Cell increased the power of his beam. The situation, which had originally been a seventy-thirty split, instantly became ninety-ten. Wukong's disadvantage was already plain to see. Relying on himself, he could no longer turn the tide at all.

The Kamehameha Cell released was like a male lion, greedily devouring the light wave Wukong had unleashed.

Just as Wukong's wave grew smaller and smaller, and was finally about to be swallowed by the wave Cell had released, a black hole appeared behind Wukong. From within the black hole walked out a chubby pink guy, with an antenna on his head like a Teletubby's.

The newcomer was none other than Buu from the main timeline. Buu gathered a red light wave in both hands and stood beside Wukong, using this strike to help Wukong push forward. Wukong's blue light wave and Buu's red light wave actually merged steadily together, and the one-on-one disadvantage was instantly reversed.

Fear finally appeared on Cell's face, because he could clearly sense that the strength of this pink fatty before him was far above his own. He began making his final struggle.

But Buu had no habit of messing around. This beam only gave Cell a few seconds to think; the rest was him using all his strength to send Cell to meet King Yemma.

"No! No!"

As soon as Cell shouted those two words, he was wiped out by the combined light wave from Buu and Wukong. Not even dregs were left on the ground. Only then did Wukong finally fail to hold on and collapse to the ground.

Buu looked at him and used his superpowers to heal Wukong. Though the effect was not as good as a Senzu Bean, the wounds on Wukong's body were visibly repairing.

Wukong opened his eyes and looked at this pink fatty he had never seen before, then asked.

"Thank you. Who are you?"

At this moment, Buu transformed into the appearance of the Grand Supreme Kai and explained to Wukong.

"I am the Grand Supreme Kai from another spacetime. Someone from our timeline came to yours. I was afraid there might be something wrong with what he was doing, so I came specially to take a look. I didn't expect there really would be."

"Are you talking about that person whose aura is very similar to Vegeta's?"

The Grand Supreme Kai nodded.

Wukong looked at the Grand Supreme Kai wearing the Time Ring, and he knew the Grand Supreme Kai was not lying.

"All right, the Earth Dragon Balls should still be around. This was made before we left by a lady in our universe named Bulma. She's very impressive."

Of course Wukong knew Bulma. It was just that hearing Bulma's name inevitably still made him feel awful, because this timeline had already been slaughtered almost to extinction by Cell.

"Thank you, Grand Supreme Kai."

The Grand Supreme Kai raised the Time Ring and made a farewell gesture to Wukong, then left this timeline. No one knew whether Wukong, who had not died in this timeline because of Cell, would be able to face the destruction that came after Majin Buu's revival.

This was also why the Grand Priest and Grand Zeno, and even the Gods of Destruction, absolutely had to strictly forbid traveling through time and space, because any casual action by anyone could change the future of that timeline.

On the way back to the main universe, the Grand Supreme Kai sighed, then turned back into Buu's appearance and returned to his own main timeline.
