Harry looked up at the figure descending from the sky.

Lucien stood atop a bright yellow cloud, which was certainly no ordinary cloud; it seemed more like some kind of solid entity capable of bearing heavy weights.

The strange creature beside him was even more captivating to Harry.

Resembling both a horse and a deer, it has a pair of short white jade antlers on its forehead, is covered in pale gold scales, and has a crimson mane on its neck and back that sways gently in the night breeze.

When the creature lowered its head and met Harry's gaze, its eyes were as clear as two pools of spring water, making Harry feel calm just by looking at them.

"That's amazing..."

Ron leaned in and nudged him with his elbow. "Hey, those fireworks are the show Lucien was talking about, right?"

"I think so." Harry nodded.

Lucien leaped lightly from the cloud and landed beside them.

I looked up at the night sky, and the flames were still changing.

In fact, besides fire, elements like water and lightning can also be manipulated with such ease, freely drawing and painting in the air, but they lack the blessing of a spell of the level of "Firestorm".

Moreover, in this night sky, the blazing flames are undoubtedly more brilliant and dazzling.

The firelight shone on my face, warm and bright.

Harry's voice pulled Lucien back to reality:

"Lucien, these Magical Creatures... were they all... did you conjure them up?"

He pointed to the Fire Dragon and Thunderbird not far away.

Lucien did not answer directly. With a flick of his wand, a pebble on the ground instantly twisted and transformed—in the blink of an eye, a gigantic Occamy coiled before them, rapidly expanding its body to the size of a house, its scales gleaming eerily in the night.

"Wow!" Ron jumped back a step.

Harry's eyes widened as well.

They certainly knew about Lucien's paper on Magical Creature Transfiguration.

Out of curiosity, they even went to the library to look up that issue of "Journey of Transfiguration".

As for the result...

I don't understand it at all.

Those complex rune formulas and Magic Circuit analyses were like gibberish to second-year students.

They only knew that Lucien was very powerful, but they had no idea just how powerful he was.

Seeing it with my own eyes now finally gives me a sense of reality.

"So that's how it is..." Harry exclaimed in realization, "Those Fire Dragon and Thunderbird, were they really transformed by Transfiguration?"

Lucien smiled.

Unicorn can be found deep within the Forbidden Forest, but Thunderbird and Fire Dragon are not.

If word gets out today, it might attract the attention and investigation of the relevant departments of the Ministry of Magic.

However, Lucien wasn't worried, because he could indeed conjure Magical Creatures himself.

If anyone comes to investigate, just say they were all transformed by Transfiguration.

Today is a perfect opportunity to let Norbert and Aether come out and play openly.

The Ministry of Magic does have regulations prohibiting the keeping of Magical Creatures, especially dangerous ones like Fire Dragon and Thunderbird.

But there are exceptions—like Newt.

Everyone knew that his briefcase contained all sorts of Magical Creatures, but they all assumed there was nothing wrong with it.

Because of his knowledge and reputation in this field, people believe that Newt must have his reasons for doing so.

Lucien has little to show for his work in the field of Magical Creatures; he has neither published academic research nor produced any books.

[Ding! Advanced Fire Elemental Rune Loan fully repaid!]

A system notification suddenly sounded in my mind.

Lucien paused for a moment, then looked up at the fireworks still burning in the night sky.

The firelight reflected in his dark green eyes, making them look like two tiny flames dancing.

The loan description stated that it was intended to "add to the Valentine's Day atmosphere."

Looking back now, it seems we've exceeded our expectations.

Love is like fire.

That's quite fitting.

[Host, what can truly teach you about love...?]

Lucien's lips twitched; he really wanted to complain about which network the system was connected to.

Lucien did not respond to the system's teasing.

He simply watched the flames in the night sky, the boys and girls holding hands under the fireworks, and the young faces laughing around the Magical Creatures.

Does love need to be learned?
