Headmaster's Office.

Dumbledore twirled the crystal bottle in his hand, examining the potion within, his eyes filled with obvious satisfaction.

Lucien's improvements did him a great favor, and that's no exaggeration.

With this potion, Remus should have no reason to refuse anymore.

In fact, Dumbledore had already chosen a candidate for Professor of Defense Against the Dark Arts some time ago— Remus Lupin.

A graduate of Hogwarts, from Gryffindor House, highly skilled in Defense Against the Dark Arts.

The only obstacle was his identity—that of Werewolf.

But Lupin's transformation into Werewolf wasn't his fault; it was an infection he contracted after being bitten by a Werewolf as revenge when he was young.

Dumbledore knew Lupin's identity before Lupin enrolled.

During the seven years Lupin spent at Hogwarts, Dumbledore provided him with shelter and protection.

However, after graduation and leaving Hogwarts, the wizarding community's discrimination against Werewolf truly came to light.

Lupin lived in poverty and needed a salary to make ends meet.

Unfortunately, it's almost the end of the semester, so we won't be able to find Lupin to be the Professor of Defense Against the Dark Arts this semester, but there's no problem with next year.

In fact Dumbledore originally wanted Snape to help improve the Wolfsbane Potion.

Although he himself is skilled in potions, he has been busy with Voldemort's affairs lately and simply cannot spare the time and energy.

However, Dumbledore felt helpless when he thought about Snape and Lupin's relationship during their student days.

Although Snape and Harry's father James Potter were the two most fierce rivals at that time, Lupin, as James's friend, also frequently clashed with Snape.

Dumbledore thought to himself that after all these years, the two of them were both adults. If they really became colleagues, surely they wouldn't make any more of a fool of themselves?

Thinking of Snape, Dumbledore asked with a chuckle:

"By the way, Lucien, how's your Patronus Charm coming along? I asked Severus, but he wouldn't just tell me directly, saying that I had to witness it myself to believe it?"

Dumbledore didn't know why Snape said that, but he was intrigued and became even more eager to know what Lucien's Patronus was.

Lucien took out his wand, about to cast the spell, but suddenly stopped.

"Principal, um, there might not be enough room for my Patronus here."

Dumbledore waved his hand.

"It's okay, feel free to try it."

Dumbledore couldn't help but wonder, could Lucien's Patronus be enormous?

Lucien no longer hesitated and waved his wand:

"Expecto Patronum"

Compared to the previous instances of massive bursts of mist and light, this release of the Patronus Charm was much gentler.

It wasn't that Lucien's Patronus Charm had weakened, but rather that his control over the magic had become more skillful and natural.

The mist flowed from the tip of the staff at a moderate speed, like a precisely controlled stream of water, without a single drop spilling out.

Without any obstruction, the silvery mist instantly condensed into a Phoenix.

The Phoenix spread its wings and circled once above the Headmaster's Office.

It is not large in size, but its posture is extremely elegant, and every feather is clearly visible, as if it were woven from silver threads.

It drew an arc in the air, its tail feathers trailing a string of silvery-white specks.

Dumbledore's eyes curved slightly as he followed the silvery-white Phoenix.

It looks very much like a phoenix; if you ignore the color, it's indistinguishable from a real Phoenix.

Inside the nest, Fawkes also poked his head out, looking at his silvery-white "comrade" with a hint of curiosity.

It is no stranger to the image of the Phoenix Patronus — Dumbledore's Patronus is the Phoenix, and it has been seen so many times over the years that it is already tired of it.

Fawkes could tell, however, that the current Patronus clearly did not belong to Dumbledore.

Peeking over to look at the boy opposite Dumbledore, he realized it was Lucien.

Fawkes couldn't help but wonder, this boy's Patronus is Phoenix, could he also have some connection to the Phoenix?

If only I could find another Phoenix to keep it company.

However, Fawkes didn't fly away. After glancing around a few times, it pulled its head back in and continued to rest in the nest.

It's too tired to play anymore— Dumbledore all this time, it's really exhausting!

Dumbledore withdrew his gaze from the Phoenix Patronus.

"So, Lucien, your Patronus is also Phoenix. What a coincidence! We're the same—"

His words came to an abrupt halt, for Dumbledore's attention had been completely drawn to something else.

A silvery-white owl appeared on the table at some point, its big, round eyes staring intently at him.

With its fluffy feathers, tilted head, and a pair of small "ears," it looks adorable.

Dumbledore's smile froze, and a clear look of astonishment appeared in his eyes.

He glanced at the owl Patronus, then at the Phoenix Patronus still circling in the air, and finally at Lucien.

Just as he was about to say, "We are the same Patronus," the words caught in his throat, but Dumbledore swallowed them back.

Not only that, he noticed that the tip of Lucien's wand was still emitting a silvery mist.

The mist did not dissipate; instead, it seemed to be re-outlining the shape!

"Wait! How many Patronus do you have?"
