History

Meeting Li Qinglian

Huo Wu meets six-year-old Li Qinglian outside Sunset Forest while traveling with her brother, Huo Wushuang. Learning that he is an orphan seeking a soul ring alone, she persuades her brother to take him along. She also invites him to Blazing Fire Academy after discovering that he possesses a fire-attribute martial soul 3.

During their hunt, the siblings confront a thousand-year Blazing Python. Huo Wu warns Li Qinglian away when their combined strength proves insufficient, but he kills the beast with Green Lotus Sword Intent. She initially thinks his sword contradicts his claim to possess a Fire Phoenix, then learns that he has twin martial souls 4.
