Background

Earth Star was fractured into separate shelter cities following nuclear war and the wasteland era. Roughly fifty years before the present narrative, diplomatic aid from extraterrestrial civilizations helped resolve wilderness radiation; most major powers subsequently united to explore the stars and conduct off-world diplomacy, creating the Alliance State. 19

The seven Starry Sky Heroes founded the Alliance State. Though they departed Earth Star more than thirty years ago, their connection to the nation was never fully severed. 603
