Gogeta vs. Gogeta

With Gogeta's roar, terrifying power erupted from his body.

Gogeta did not waste any time and attacked at once. With Vegito here, he wanted to finish off Majin Buu quickly, then have a good, satisfying fight with Vegito.

Gogeta charged straight at Buu's face, his fist flashing out to strike directly at Buu's head.

Buu crossed his fists and blocked the blow. The two immediately tangled in combat, moving at incredible speed. Of everyone present, only Vegito could see them clearly. Future Gohan could barely keep up with their movements, while everyone else stared in shock.

"That's amazing! I never thought Goku and Vegeta would become this powerful after fusing!!" Krillin exclaimed.

"They should be able to deal with that Majin Buu easily now, right?" Trunks said happily.

"No," Vegito refuted.

"Gogeta's power isn't that different from Majin Buu's. Although Gogeta is stronger, Majin Buu's body is extremely unusual. Even if he's beaten into pulp, he can recover, and he knows magic too. It's hard to say—unless Gogeta uses even greater power to erase Majin Buu completely," Vegito explained.

"But if Majin Buu is killed outright, the people he absorbed will die with him." Vegito voiced Gogeta's concern.

"Ah!!!"

After hearing Vegito's explanation, the others immediately panicked.

"Then what do we do?"

"This is a perfect chance to try the Forced Spirit Fission I learned on Planet Yardrat." Vegito was eager to give it a try.

With that, Vegito flashed and appeared behind Buu. Buu was still locked in an intense fight with Gogeta and had not noticed Vegito at all.

Vegito drove a fist straight into Buu's kidney. Buu's eyes flew wide open, and Gogeta stopped as well, ready to see what Vegito had up his sleeve.

When Buu turned around, another punch greeted him. It caved in his face, and then Vegito struck Buu in the stomach. Vegito brought his hands together, and an energy blast hit Buu. Golden light burst from Buu's body, followed by several people being ejected: Son Goku, Vegeta, Son Gohan, Goten, Trunks, and even a Fat Buu.

Majin Buu suddenly let out a loud howl, his face twisted in agony.

Seeing that the absorbed people had all been separated, the others hurried forward to catch them.

Vegito did not give Buu time to transform into Kid Buu. He gathered an energy blast in his hand and blasted Buu directly into ashes, then followed up with another energy blast to send him to his grave. Just like that, Majin Buu, who had been throwing his weight around in another world, was killed the moment he arrived in this one. All that could be said was that he had terrible luck—he had happened to run into a cheater like Vegito.

Vegito then turned to Gogeta and said, "Didn't you want to see my power? Come on."

Gogeta did not rush in to attack. He had just fought Majin Buu to a standstill, only for Vegito to easily crush and kill Majin Buu moments later. So Gogeta decided to use his full strength.

"Yaaah~~!!"

Gogeta hunched over and roared wildly, transforming directly into Super Saiyan 3.

Vegito transformed into a Super Saiyan as well. Gogeta in his current state was not someone Vegito could handle in base form. He had only dealt with Majin Buu so smoothly earlier because of the sneak attack and because Forced Spirit Fission countered him.

Gogeta made the first move, raising his hand and firing an energy blast. Vegito answered with one of his own. The two blasts collided and caused a massive explosion, and then the two fought within the smoke. Every collision of fists and kicks produced thunderous booms, while the force spilling out shattered and collapsed all the surrounding mountains and rocks.

Before long, Gogeta was sent flying by Vegito. Vegito then used Instant Transmission and appeared behind Gogeta. Gogeta had anticipated it and turned around, firing an energy blast. Vegito swatted it away with his left hand, while his right had already gathered an energy blast, which he fired point-blank at Gogeta. Gogeta reacted quickly and caught it with both hands, but was pushed back inch by inch.

Vegito detonated the energy blast directly, and the terrifying energy instantly swallowed Gogeta.

But Gogeta suddenly appeared behind Vegito. He had used Instant Transmission at the moment of the explosion to move behind Vegito.

Gogeta viciously kicked out, aiming straight for Vegito's face.

Vegito reached out and caught Gogeta's foot.

"What?"

Gogeta tried to pull his leg free, but Vegito held it tightly. Vegito grabbed Gogeta's foot with both hands, spun him around, and hurled him viciously toward the ground.

"Boom~~~"

The ground cracked into a web-like pattern, and smoke filled the area.

Vegito then fired with both hands, unleashing the classic Prince tactic as a barrage of energy blasts rained toward the ground.

"Boom! Boom! Boom!"

The smoke on the ground grew thicker and thicker, making it impossible to see what was happening inside.

Vegito raised both hands over his head and gathered a massive energy blast before hurling it down at the ground again.

"Bang~~"

Terrifying energy scattered in every direction. The spectators had no time to dodge and were sent flying, crashing into distant piles of rocks.

"Urgh~~"

"That hurts."

Son Goku from World 1 clutched his head as memories flooded back. Hadn't he been absorbed by Majin Buu? What was going on? There could not possibly be anyone in the universe capable of defeating someone who had absorbed all of them, could there?

Just as Goku from World 1 was lost in thought, Krillin pulled him back to reality.

"Goku, you're awake!" Krillin stepped forward and helped Goku from World 1 to his feet.

The explosion had sent everyone flying, and since Krillin was comparatively weak, the Goku from World 1 he had been holding was flung from his hands and slammed headfirst into a rock, which was why he woke up.

Trunks was holding his father, one-armed Gohan was carrying Piccolo from World 1 on his back, Piccolo was holding Gohan from World 1, and young Gohan was looking after the two little ones. Since young Gohan was too weak, he had stayed far away and was not caught up in the blast.

Fat Buu: Is no one going to take care of me?

"Krillin?"

"Weren't you dead?"

Goku No. 1 asked in confusion.

"Uh..."

"Well, here's what happened..."

Krillin rambled on as he explained everything to Goku No. 1.

"I see."

So Majin Buu had gotten himself killed. With nothing better to do over there, he had run off to another parallel world, encountered someone far stronger, and been wiped out.

"So I'm in another world now?"

"The one you mentioned who defeated Majin Buu is that guy over there, right?"

Goku No. 1 looked toward Gogeta in the distant sky.

"That's right."

Krillin nodded firmly.

On the battlefield, the smoke cleared, revealing Gogeta.

Gogeta had crossed his fists in front of himself, blocking most of the attack. The final massive energy blast had still dealt him considerable damage. He was now covered in wounds, yet his eyes burned with excitement.

"Gogeta, you really are strong. You managed to beat me into this state with just Super Saiyan 1."

"Please, let me see your full power, Gogeta!"

Gogeta shouted.

"I knew it!!"

Gogeta rubbed his forehead. Even after fusing with Goku, that guy's personality had not changed at all. He still loved challenging powerful opponents.
