Marvel Universe, Earth-99999.
Toby Parker. That was my name in this life.
Yes, Toby was a transmigrator, reborn into the Marvel Universe.
And the reason he'd transmigrated was the infamous truck-of-destiny incident everyone knew about.
Only this time, in the accident that caused his transmigration, he hadn't been the victim in his previous life. He'd been the one behind the wheel.
In his previous life, he'd been a heavy truck driver. After a scammer deliberately threw himself in front of his truck, the old man's son had asked, "If you didn't hit him, why'd you help him?" That had pushed Toby over the edge.
He'd always been known for his terrible temper. He was also an orphan with no parents. When playing CF, if someone insulted him on the loading screen, he'd spend the entire match cursing out every teammate by their real names, leaving no one untouched. There was no way he'd put up with that shit.
So, you wanted to play the victim, huh?
Just wait. I'll get you the knife!
Back in his truck, he started the engine, worked the clutch, shifted gears, and hit the gas in one smooth motion. Without hesitating for even a second, he sent the father-and-son scammers straight to meet God!
You wanted to frame me, huh? Try getting in the way of my truck first!
Fuck you!
As a driver sitting inside his truck, he wouldn't have died just from killing two people in a collision. At worst, he'd have been sentenced to death later.
But after he killed the father and son, a red, blue, and black spider somehow crawled into the cab.
By the time he noticed it, it was already too late!
The spider had crawled onto the back of his hand. Before he could flick away the obviously venomous creature, it seemed to sense danger and bit the web between his thumb and forefinger first!
Then, in a mere ten seconds, his whole body went numb, his heart seized up, and his vision went black before he lost consciousness. That whole process was as smooth as could be!
If this was punishment for killing someone, then all he could say was that it had come way too fucking fast!
When he opened his eyes again, he saw a blue-eyed nurse wearing a blue mask and a blue cap.
Then the nurse placed him in the arms of a kind-looking woman whose forehead was slick with sweat.
When he raised his tiny, damp hand and looked at it, he immediately realized he'd transmigrated. The woman holding him had obviously just given birth to him in this new life!
And the nurse had called the kind woman holding him "Mrs. May Parker"...
There was only one person he could think of with that name. That was...
He'd actually transmigrated into the son of Spider-Man's Uncle Ben and Aunt May!
What the fuck...
Twenty years later...
Timeline: 2008, New York.
Hell's Kitchen, Neon Gang.
In Hell's Kitchen, a prime spot known as little Gotham, gang shootouts were a regular occurrence.
But one person taking on an entire gang? Even in Hell's Kitchen, where all sorts of people crossed paths, that was unheard of!
At least, no one had heard of it before today...
Even the masked street heroes who spent all day fighting crime in Hell's Kitchen wouldn't dare claim they could break into a gang's headquarters alone.

Because that would be like tossing a flash grenade into a public restroom. The star of death would be shining brightly above your head!
But today, someone had done something even the street heroes wouldn't dare imagine!
Not only had he pulled it off, he'd slaughtered an entire gang single-handedly!
Rumble—
Rat-a-tat—
Bang, bang, bang—
Thunder and torrential rain drowned out the muzzle flashes and gunfire in the night...
On a rainy night, inside the Neon Gang's territory in Hell's Kitchen, a towering figure nearly two meters tall, dressed in a full-coverage black-and-red suit (cover), trudged toward the shrine at the gang's heart, carrying a gang member in each hand and stepping over countless corpses.
Hiding inside the shrine were the Neon Gang's leader, Okamoto Reiichi, and the gang members who remained.
Though every one of them carried a gun or a blade, they trembled like they had Parkinson's, their eyes filled with terror.
And all of it was because of the "Grim Reaper" who had appeared in their gang ten minutes ago!
The Neon Gang had nearly two hundred members. That "Grim Reaper" had slaughtered all but the twenty or so now hiding in the shrine, all by himself!
Okamoto Reiichi saw his men being driven back by a single man, crowding into the shrine where he was hiding. They were about to crush him against the ancestral plaque, and he roared:
"Bastards! How could our Japanese warriors produce a bunch of cowards like you? Stop retreating! Kill that damn bastard! Or every last one of you can disembowel yourselves to atone!!!"
At their boss's furious order, the underlings, already so terrified they were nearly pissing themselves, had no choice but to steel themselves and stagger out of the shrine. With their guns trembling in their hands, they entered the courtyard and aimed at the shrine's only gate.
Their gang might be called the Neon Gang, and all its members might be Japanese, but they were now in the good old United States, where there was a shootout every day. Naturally, their fighting style had been adapted to local conditions.
They didn't use samurai swords for their quick-draw technique. They used American quick-draw!
The moment the shrine's gate swung open, they, already wound up to the breaking point, pulled their triggers without a second thought and unleashed a hail of bullets at the entrance!
But Toby couldn't be bothered to dodge the bullets coming at him like raindrops. He simply used the two people he was holding as a double human shield.
It didn't matter whether the Neon Gang's submachine guns and pistols could pierce the two human shields in Toby's hands. Even if the bullets did, their remaining force couldn't get through the bulletproof Spider-Man suit he'd had custom-made from special materials at great expense.
The underlings, their minds hollowed out by fear, had no idea how to fire in coordinated bursts to keep up the pressure. Every one of them wanted to squeeze their trigger until their fingers went through it.
So their bullets ran out in no time, and the guns began clicking empty.
When they ran dry, Toby casually tossed the two bodies, now riddled with bullets, onto the ground like trash. He gave them a disdainful smile.
"Idiots, what do you think this is, an infinite-ammo shooting game? You're out of bullets and still pulling the trigger. Reload!"
Only after Toby's mocking reminder did they realize something was wrong. They scrambled to change their magazines.
But it was obviously too late!
"Huh? You're actually reloading? Fools, save that for your next life!"
Toby lowered his body slightly. The pair of narrow, blood-red eyes on his black mask seemed to flash with a bloodthirsty, icy glint in the lightning!
Awakened—the hunt begins!
Toby kicked off with both legs, and his towering body instantly became a crimson blur as he charged savagely into the crowd!
The Neon Gang member Toby hit first was struck as if by lightning. The impact was no less than being hit head-on by a heavy truck. He flew backward, twisted like a rag, and smashed into the shrine wall, where he was crushed into a mound of mangled flesh embedded in the stone—so thoroughly stuck that no one could pry him out!
The rest of the gang members fared no better. Toby was like a wolf among sheep, unleashing a cruel and bloody slaughter!
Toby's terrifying strength started at several tons. These gang members were just ordinary people, so a touch left them badly injured, and a bump killed them outright!
