"The World Federation?"

After hearing Kong and Colin's declaration, Sengoku, who had been too drunk to sit straight, sobered up in an instant. This was all too fast. They had only been drinking, and less than a day later, the World Government was gone, renamed the "World Federation" at lightning speed. Worse, no one had even asked what he wanted before deciding he would keep his position as Admiral!

"A Supreme Council that decides by majority vote?!"

Garp's expression was even more remarkable: surprise, pride, and irritation all at once. Why was he still a Vice Admiral while that bastard son of his had become one of just three Speakers, making him Garp's superior?!

"Interesting! Your son's quite something, Garp... As for young Reg, he did all that work for nothing and still walked away. I have to admire him!"

Whitebeard wasn't upset at being excluded from the new government because he was a pirate. Instead, he praised Reg, whose name hadn't even come up. Power or no power, the world ultimately answered to whoever had the bigger fists, especially among pirates.

Sengoku still couldn't make sense of it. The new government was clearly divided into three factions: the Marines, the Kingdom of Heaven, and the Revolutionary Army. Fleet Admiral Kong, Colin, and Garp's son Dragon would each hold one of the three Speaker positions.

What role would Reg, the man who had turned the entire world upside down, take? What would he do next? Surely he wasn't planning to become another Lord Imu?
