"Hey, Aaron, do you know Warship Island?" Luffy asked when he saw Aaron's excited expression.

"Mm, I passed through there once with Grandpa Nier..." Aaron said word by word, drool running from his mouth.

"I see..." Luffy nodded in understanding. Somehow, he could actually understand Aaron.

"Also, the meat buns made by the village elder on the island are super delicious!" Having struggled through that sentence, Aaron could not take it anymore.

"Ah!!!" He roared as he rushed out the door and jumped into the sea.

"Uh, what's wrong with him?" Apis was so shocked by Aaron's smooth sequence of actions that she could barely speak.

"Don't mind him. It's just an intermittent episode." Nami waved a dismissive hand, then looked at Luffy, whose drool had pooled on the floor, with a face full of black lines. "Luffy, what did Aaron just say?"

"Ah, he said the meat buns made by the village elder there are delicious!" Luffy wiped the drool from the corner of his mouth.

"Um... although you rescued me, so I really shouldn't trouble you again... I want to go back to the island," Apis interjected. She lowered her head so deeply that her voice was as soft as a mosquito's. If they had not been standing so close, nobody would have been able to hear what she was saying. Feeling that it was inappropriate, she raised her head and looked at them. "If it isn't too much trouble, could you put me on a westbound ship? I'll figure out the rest myself."

Her voice sank again, making her look like a lost little bird.

"That really is troublesome! How can a pirate ship just casually approach other ships?" Nami said helplessly, covering her forehead. Then, seeing how dejected Apis looked, she smiled at her. "But our routes aren't that far apart, and we aren't in a hurry. We can take you back to the island."

"Huh?!" Apis abruptly raised her head, seemingly never expecting things to take such a turn.

"I don't mind. Captain, what do you think?" Nami asked, looking toward Luffy.

"Yeah!" Luffy wiped his drool away and stared at Apis with shining eyes. "Hey! If we go there, can we eat the meat buns made by the village elder?"

"Of course! You can eat as much as you want!" Apis flashed a huge smile.

"Wow! Awesome! All right! Warship Island is our destination, prepare to set sail!" Luffy declared energetically, sweeping out a hand.

"Wow! Wo, you can swim?!" At that moment, Aaron's startled cry drew everyone's attention. They ran outside and leaned over the railing to look down.

Around Aaron, Wo was like a tiny jet submarine, splashing through the water in circles around him. From time to time, he dove beneath the surface, only to burst back out moments later, looking utterly spirited without a trace of the laziness he had shown while eating vegetables earlier.

"Meow!" Of course! I'm a sea snail—how could I not know how to swim?!

Wo rolled his eyes at Aaron, then dove into the water and swam away freely.

"Hey, Luffy, are we going to Warship Island?" Aaron looked up and asked Luffy.

"Yeah! We're just about to set sail!"

"Oh... huh?" Aaron was about to say something when he caught sight of the Marine fleet behind them from the corner of his eye. "Luffy... there are several warships behind us."

"Nani?!" Hearing Aaron's words, everyone looked behind the ship. More than half a dozen warships were slowly sailing toward them.

"It's true... but why is there such a large fleet here?!" Nami said incredulously.

"Could they be here to capture me? Hahahaha, I'm amazing!" Luffy saw the distant fleet as well. Seeing the Marines deploy such a formation, he began dancing with joy.

"How can you still be so relaxed?!" Nami snapped in exasperation.

"Those are ships from the Eighth Branch..." After seeing the markings on the warships' sails, Apis instinctively stepped backward, fear faintly visible on her face. "I escaped from those Marines!"

"..." Everyone looked at one another, seeing nothing but confusion in each other's eyes.

Boom!

The Marines in the distance suddenly opened fire, and the cannonballs flew straight toward the Going Merry!

Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!

Explosions erupted around the Going Merry, and the splashing waves made the ship rock violently up and down.

"Wah!" Caught off guard, Aaron was knocked into the water by a rolling wave. It took him a while to surface again.

"Aaron! Are you okay?!" Luffy leaned over and asked.

"I'm fine..." Aaron shook his head. The wave had left him a little dizzy, and his eyes happened to glance aside.

"Wo, where are you going?!" Aaron cried in alarm.

After the cannonballs struck, the massive waves raised by the explosions threw Wo, who weighed less than a pound, off balance and swept him outward.

Frightened, Aaron hurriedly swam after Wo. But because Wo was so light, coupled with the force of the enormous waves, Aaron could not catch up to him for the moment.

"Listen up, pirate ship! Stop immediately! This was only a warning. The next shot will definitely hit!" a Marine shouted.

"How could we possibly stop?!" Usopp gripped the railing tightly to keep from falling overboard, speaking helplessly.

"What do we do? Luffy, if we're fighting, then let's fight!" Roronoa Zoro asked Luffy, though his hand was already resting on his sword hilt.

"Mm, let's fight," Luffy said. He stretched out his arms, ready to go all out.

"Apis, hurry down into the lower cabin." Sanji shielded Apis to keep her from being thrown into the sea by the rocking ship.

"Uh... okay!" Apis replied. But when she turned and saw the birds standing in the tangerine tree, she stared blankly into their eyes.

"What's wrong, Apis?" Sanji asked, seeing her freeze up.

"They say there'll be wind soon, and it'll be very strong!" Apis said with certainty.

"Huh?!" Nami, who had been agonizing over a solution nearby, suddenly had an idea after hearing Apis's words!

Before that, Aaron, who had been chasing Wo, had already drawn close to the warships!

In truth, Wo regained control of his body only seconds after being swept away. But instead of stopping, he turned around and charged toward the warships at even greater speed.

"Hey, Wo, don't go over there! Those are warships!" Seeing Wo actually heading toward the warships, Aaron felt rather helpless. He began swimming faster and faster, trying to catch Wo before he reached them.

"Meow!" Unfortunately, it was all in vain. Wo quickly arrived beneath a warship. His two large eyes glanced upward for a moment, then he burst forward, his soft foot sticking to the deck. With a push from his lower body, he climbed aboard in no time and vanished in a flash.

"Wo!" Seeing Wo actually run onto the warship, Aaron panicked. He swam even faster and soon reached the hull as well. But Aaron had no intention of slowing down as he charged straight at the warship.

At this point, it was necessary to mention how Aaron got aboard ships.

Whenever Aaron saw jellyfish drifting by in the sea, he would take his bug-catching net into the water and play with them for a while.

After a long time, Aaron felt that lowering and climbing ladders every time he boarded or left the ship was simply too time-consuming!

So Aaron learned weightless running.

Yes, just like this.

His feet swung at an extremely high frequency, adding new force before the old force faded. Aaron completely defied the laws of gravity.

Luckily, there was no Newton in the world of One Piece, or it would not have merely been a matter of Newton's coffin lid failing to stay shut.

Newton might have turned into a zombie and bitten Aaron's head off!

In only a few seconds, Aaron rushed onto the deck, then continued stepping through the air for nearly a meter.

He truly had no respect for Newton as a great man!

But considering the rules of a gag manga...

If you took it seriously, you lost...

"Uh... hello, everyone." Aaron looked at the crowd awkwardly, scratched his head, and bowed first.

"..." The people watching Aaron board in total violation of the laws of physics all unconsciously dropped their jaws.

Director, there's someone here whose settings are completely different from ours!

"Who are you?!" The major was the first to recover. Looking at Aaron's innocent expression, he barked fiercely despite his inner weakness.

"My name is Aaron, Copperfield Aaron." Aaron bowed again, then straightened up and scratched his head awkwardly. "Um, my Wo ran onto your ship... can you let me look for him? I'll leave as soon as I find him!"

"What kind of joke is this?! Where do you think this is? How could we let you come and go whenever you please?!" The major felt as if he had been insulted, and he roared with bulging veins.

"Aaron! We're leaving first! You'll be okay, right?!" Luffy shouted from afar.

"Yeah! I'm fine, Luffy! You go ahead! I'll meet up with you after I find Wo!" Aaron shouted back. Then he saw the Going Merry's sail suddenly swell as a fierce wind sent the ship speeding away.

Whoosh!

Before Aaron could even turn back around, a sharp gale like a blade slashed toward him. Aaron failed to react in time, and his head was split cleanly in two!

"Hmph! Is Devil Muscle Man, worth 20 million Beli, really only capable of this? The Marines' bounty notices are getting sloppier and sloppier," said a person in a strange, affected tone.

The man had upright blue hair that curved at the very tip like a scorpion's tail. He wore futuristic-looking sunglasses and a fitted pale-blue suit, while a cold arc naturally curled at the corner of his mouth.

He looked exactly like a villain who would not survive three chapters.

"Still, that makes 20 million." The strange man casually glanced at Aaron's severed head, then turned and berated the Marine major beside him. "What are you standing around for?! Hurry up and chase those pirates! If Commodore Nelson learns that you lost the clue to finding the Millennium Dragon Bone, what do you think he'll do?"

The major seemed not to hear his rebuke. With an ugly expression, he pointed behind the man. "...He isn't dead."

"Hm?" The villain turned around, and his jaw nearly dropped.

Aaron stood there quietly, his head split in half. Under the sunlight, even his shadow carried a faintly terrifying aura.

Suddenly! Aaron's hands moved! He first pressed the larger half of his head into place, then used his other hand to push the smaller half upward. With a snap, streaks of azure liquid seeped from Aaron's "wound" under the sunlight, and his head completely healed. Aaron then moved his neck and looked at the villain with a helpless expression. "Seriously, don't suddenly chop people up. You gave me a scare!"

...You're the one who scared us! the Marines silently roared in their hearts.

"...I didn't expect you to have some skill!" A villain was still a villain, after all. Following his brief shock, he confidently said, "But before me, Cyclone Erik, all of this is futile!" As he spoke, his fingers twitched. An invisible breeze gradually gathered around them and slowly intensified.

"Meow!" At that moment, Wo's voice came from behind everyone. After seeing Aaron look over, he leaped into the water.

"Ah! I found my Wo! Then I won't disturb you any longer. Goodbye, everyone!" Before his words had even faded, Aaron had already jumped off the ship and vanished into the vast sea.

"..." Erik watched Aaron disappear. With a flick of his fingers, he dispersed the gale in his hand. "I didn't expect him not to be a Devil Fruit user. But that kind of immortal ability... interesting!"

With that thought, he turned and headed for the cabin. As he passed the major, he paused. "You lost the clue to finding the Millennium Dragon Bone. Pray for yourself." Then he entered the cabin without looking back.

Back in his room, Erik pondered how to deal with Aaron. "I wonder whether that will work... I'll give it a try," he muttered.

Then his fingers twitched, and in an instant, he flung them toward the ceiling.

Swish!

Under the force of the gale, a ceiling panel split apart, and a fist-sized box fell from inside. Erik caught it steadily.

He then opened the box, and his face instantly turned the color of pig liver. His hair tips trembled from his intense emotional agitation, like an enraged scorpion.

"Who touched my Seastone?!" he roared.
