History

Su Hao was originally the Su Family's young master and a celebrated genius. After he failed to open his qi sea at the Body Tempering Peak, his father Su Yuanshan vanished, and Su Yuanba assumed the position of acting patriarch. During the following five years, Su Hao was abused and humiliated within the family while Su Yuanba consolidated power. 1 2

Su Yuanba attempted to secure his control by arranging the marriage of his third son, Su Wuzhi, to Su Hao's younger sister, Su Yu'er. Su Hao's return and renewed cultivation disrupted the wedding: Supreme Elder Su Jingshan stripped Su Yuanba of his acting-patriarch position and restored Su Hao as clan head. Su Hao then declared the forced marriage void. 3 4

The family later underwent a purge after Su Hao entered the Spirit Creek Sect. Su Jingshan returned with the heads of Su Yuanba, Su Wuyan, and another elder who had conspired against the patriarch. Initial objections from several elders collapsed after major families learned that Su Hao had become an elder's disciple in a second-tier Immortal Sect. 23

Before leaving for the Spirit Creek Sect, Su Hao placed Su Jingshan in charge of all family affairs and supplied the clan with cultivation resources intended to strengthen its foundations. 24
