As if sensing the three gazes directed at him, Zorn set down the wine cup he had been caressing fondly and smiled faintly as he looked over the expressions of the three people at the table, especially Varin.

"We'll rest here for three days."

After speaking, Zorn raised his wine cup again, as though it contained endless joy.

Ruger took small sips of the fairies' fine brew. Watching Zorn, he could not help but let his thoughts wander. Could this wizard's fondness for drink have something to do with the path he had chosen?

Varin seemed to want to say something from the side.

But after opening her mouth, she ultimately made no sound and chose to trust Wizard Zorn's judgment.

Three days naturally meant resting here for three nights. Including today, that made two and a half days. Ruger calculated that he could probably barely master Fireball Spell in that time.

Maybe I can try something, he thought.

The group sat together, chatting idly until the old rat came over again.
