Ruger approached the large rock step by step, scanning its surroundings. He looked left and right but saw no sign of the shriveled thing.
As he was puzzling over this, a burly figure charged out from the side, accompanied by several tall lizardfolk. The figure swept past, but the lizardfolk shrieked and rushed at Ruger when they spotted him.
