At the site of Pei Chao and the Tiger Man's battle, south of town, Feng Buzhi rose from his seated position, his brow furrowing.

The Weird were more active at night. He sensed the Tiger Man's location clearly—it should have been near the eastern edge of the Mist Forest.
But the Tiger Man's presence felt vague, almost unreal.
