Chen Feng first appears on a dead star as the target of Hit's assassination commission. Despite giving off no aura, killing intent, or visible energy, he immediately recognizes Hit and understands the mechanics of Time-Skip. Rather than kill Hit, Chen Feng explains that his power has roots in the people, companions, and planet he must protect. He invites Hit to Planet Sadala as a companion rather than an assassin, gives him a Senzu Bean to restore his injuries, and gains his acceptance. 7 9 10
