Overview

Novas Aetir is Amon Nikola's floating city and primary base after the YGGDRASIL shutdown event. It is transferred into the new world above the sea, after which Makoto conceals it with a super-tier spell and begins organizing its defenses and internal operations 12.

History

Novas Aetir is transferred above the sea shortly after YGGDRASIL's shutdown. Makoto responds by concealing the city with a super-tier spell and giving Gokusai Kaibi a guild ring so she can move freely within it 12.

Makoto later manages the city through a Novas Aetir clone body, continuing daily angel summoning and approving fourth-floor renovation plans submitted by the guardians 26.

By the time Makoto reaches Lv. 110, he organizes Novas Aetir's defenses before leaving to confront the Platinum Dragon Lord, assigning Muninn to guard the city and maintain communication 30.

The city becomes a staging ground for large-scale resource use and interworld operations. Makoto counts one hundred million gold coins in its treasury before sending them to Nazarick, and later uses one trillion gold coins to fuel the expansion of the space called the Creator 168 173.

After the Great Hollow is stabilized and controlled, Makoto opens Novas Aetir's first gate to another world, sending Doppelgangers, high-level Hanzo, and lower-level monsters as cautious exploratory assets 184. A later gate opens on the seventh floor, leading to a swords-and-magic world that Makoto and Alice Kuonji choose to explore 287.
