Background

Luo Chen, a man from Blue Star, transmigrated into the young Son Goku’s body after watching Dragon Ball Z. Retaining knowledge of future threats, he chose to preserve Goku’s outwardly innocent persona while deliberately building enough strength to overwhelm Frieza, Majin Buu, and other looming enemies. He asked his adoptive grandfather, Son Gohan, to remove his Saiyan tail to prevent Great Ape transformations and trained in secret on Bun Mountain. Before Goku left home, Son Gohan entrusted him with the Power Pole and Four-Star Dragon Ball 1.

Goku met Bulma when she arrived on Bun Mountain searching for Dragon Balls.
