Appearance

In vehicle form, Famous Car is a sleek, open-top crimson Ferrari with carbon-fiber side mirrors and a small upturned rear tail. Its transformed body resembles the taxi-type Autobots encountered earlier, but is visibly more refined in both surface texture and internal structure. 114 125

History

Michelle's Ferrari gained the ability to transform approximately one month before she met Pei Shao. Michelle concealed Famous Car from U Company despite pressure from her family and the company to surrender it. 116

Famous Car first confronts Pei Shao in an underground parking garage, luring him inside before attacking with laser beams from its headlights. Pei Shao evades the attack, disables its wheels, and enters the cabin, where he discovers Michelle is its driver. 114 Michelle subsequently identifies the Ferrari as Famous Car and explains that it can only communicate with her through text messages. 115

During the journey toward Tibet, Famous Car serves as the group's primary vehicle, traveling continuously and supplying Michelle with a device that immediately relieves her altitude sickness. When terrain becomes too steep for driving, it transforms and proceeds on foot alongside the group. 125

At the ancient mixed-blood robot base, Famous Car holds off Spider Robots while Castle works on the door's password. It suffers serious damage, including a damaged neck and the loss of an arm, before Pei Shao intervenes. 126 127 The base's final EMP defense damages both Famous Car and Castle; afterward, Famous Car becomes unresponsive in its non-combat state. 128 129

After Skynet captures the group, Famous Car is initially with Skynet, but responds when Castle contacts it and rushes to assist Michelle, Pei Shao, Lin Meijing, and Dongfang Yinyin. 132 Castle then upgrades it using data from Pei Shao's brain, allowing it to transport the group out of Skynet's base by land, air, and sea. 133

Famous Car remains with Pei Shao for the final assault on Skynet's super Transformer. After delivering the others to a rescue transport plane, it carries Pei Shao toward Skynet's position. Under overwhelming fire, Famous Car is riddled with shots, breaks apart in midair, and its electronic eyes go dark. 133
