Optimus Prime was swinging his heavy sword as he fought Sentinel Prime, his teacher, at close quarters.

"Teacher... I once thought Frenzy was lying, but you've disappointed me..."

Sentinel Prime easily blocked Optimus Prime's heavy sword with his shield. Feeling the force transmitted through it, his expression darkened further.

"My student!" He suddenly exerted force and sent Optimus Prime flying with his shield.

Then, wielding a long blade that looked like a battleship's armor plate, he slashed at Optimus Prime while continuing to lecture him. "You must realize that the Autobots who yearn for so-called peace are not qualified warriors. In the war against the Decepticon Corps, defeat is our only possible end. To change that outcome, someone must make sacrifices!"

"So you betrayed us, betrayed the Autobots!"

Optimus Prime barely blocked the slash. Sentinel Prime's immense strength forced him back two steps before he could steady himself.

Sentinel Prime raised his blade and slashed at his former student again, roaring, "Betrayal? No, I merely made a deal with Megatron!"

This time, Sentinel Prime put all his strength into the blow aimed at his student.

Caught off guard, Optimus Prime's heavy sword collided with the long blade and was immediately knocked from his grasp by the tremendous force, sending him flying as well.

"My student... as a commander, you are undoubtedly qualified!"

Drawing the hand holding his blade back, Sentinel Prime sneered and pulled a long gun from behind his back, aiming it at Optimus Prime.

"But as a leader, you are absolutely unqualified!"

Without hesitation, he pulled the trigger. The special weapon, which resembled an Earth shotgun, fired a sandy-yellow ball of energy that swiftly struck Optimus Prime.
