The Hit Wizards who rushed out of Literati House divided their tasks clearly. Working with Sirius, Silvan, and the others, they almost instantly turned the situation around and subdued all the Death Eaters.

And the whole process was far easier than imagined. Not a single person on their side was injured.

Sirius directed several wizards to take away all the Death Eaters' wands, then turned around. His gaze swept over everyone before finally stopping on Harry.

"So, can you explain why you're here now?"

"We received word that McGonagall and the Order of the Phoenix would attack the Death Eaters tonight. We came to help!" Harry said.

"They thought sneaking out of school would shake us off—"

"That's impossible!"

Fred and George high-fived each other.

Though the battle had been brief, it was enormously meaningful. It marked their first step in resisting the Death Eaters, and the two of them were still excited.

"But Sirius, why are you here?" Harry asked, looking a little nervous.

Facing Harry, Sirius instinctively wanted to tell him to leave and return to the relatively safe castle. But before he could say it, he stopped himself.

Because Sirius knew clearly that he could not make that choice for Harry. Just like more than a decade ago, if he and James had found themselves in this situation, they certainly would not have stayed at school to be protected.

"As you can see." After a moment of silence, Sirius pointed at the bound Death Eaters. "Minerva decided to act tonight. Remus and I were tasked with dealing with the enemies hiding in Hogsmeade once the battle began."
