Background / History

Siyou began World Tree as a novice who was repeatedly bullied by other players. Mu Fengyu intervened on his behalf, took him under his protection, and brought him along on the planned raid against the Tears of Angels guild. Mu Fengyu then rapidly raised Siyou to level 59 through speed-running, pushing him to confront his fear of heights as part of his growth. 29

After the raid, Mu Fengyu found Siyou injured among the ruins, healed him, and promised to obtain better equipment for him. Siyou answered this kindness with loyalty and a resolve to contribute more to the group. 36 Mu Fengyu later used a GM item to reset Siyou's race, causing a major change in his appearance, and introduced him to the wider group. 37

Siyou subsequently became a regular companion in Mu Fengyu's adventures, levelling alongside him and participating in group operations. 38 He later travelled with Mu Fengyu, Lin Nai, and Sulno during their wandering plan. 133 135

Personality

Initially fearful and hesitant after being bullied, Siyou becomes determined to grow stronger under Mu Fengyu's guidance. He is curious about powerful items and systems, eagerly learning from Mu Fengyu despite his nervousness. 29 31

Siyou is loyal, pragmatic, and often stoic. He favors direct solutions when necessary, such as proposing forceful methods to reach the Empire's ruler. 136 He takes pride in looking impressive and in contributing effectively alongside Mu Fengyu, but sometimes feels like an unnecessary tool because he is assigned varied duties apart from the others' closer dynamic. 59 139
