Combined, the allied army was far stronger than the Blackrock Expeditionary Force alone had been before.

The Vrykul of Stormheim were mainly divided between the Winterskorn Clan in the east and the Dragonflayer Clan in the west.

Blackrock Stronghold had originally borne the brunt of the Vrykul attacks throughout Howling Fjord, but now the Forsaken Hand of Vengeance and Valgarde of the Kingdom of Lordaeron had shared a considerable portion of that pressure.
