At that moment, the Sha of Hatred watched everything from within the Night Warrior Tyrande Whisperwind's body. It had developed a powerful curiosity toward Garrosh Hellscream. It could clearly sense hatred within Garrosh Hellscream, yet no matter what it did, the Sha of Hatred could not pierce Garrosh Hellscream's will, which was as hard as steel.
After probing for a while, the Sha of Hatred lost interest. Although this mortal's will was as hard as steel and beyond its control, his strength was not particularly great. This was the perfect chance to destroy him.
Having made its decision, the Sha of Hatred began empowering the Night Warrior Tyrande Whisperwind, using Tyrande Whisperwind's hatred as nourishment to strengthen the Night Warrior's power.

In other words, the stronger the Night Warrior Tyrande Whisperwind became, the greater the negative power her body had to endure, and the sooner she would die. The Night Warrior's power was a double-edged sword, equivalent to burning life in exchange for strength.
With the Sha of Hatred's empowerment, the Night Warrior Tyrande Whisperwind's power reached a new height, even becoming comparable to the Titan Keepers, the Dragon Aspects, and the Elemental Lords.
