[Refusing Zul'jin]

While enjoying both domestic bliss and bedroom pleasures, Tonatiuh did not neglect his proper duties.

On the third day after Modera and Maisli arrived in Zul'Gurub, Tonatiuh summoned Kazra'jin, the Forest Troll he had nearly forgotten.

Kazra'jin had been Zul'jin's right-hand man when the latter unified the Forest Troll tribes on the Amani side. He was one of Zul'Aman's elites.

Four months ago, he had appeared before Tonatiuh with Zul'jin's letter requesting aid.

For the past four months, Tonatiuh had been occupied with exterminating the New Hakkari, subduing Zul'Gurub, reforming the Gurubashi, and restructuring the army. He appeared to have had no time to concern himself with the Forest Trolls.

Zul'jin's plea for aid seemed to have been forgotten, leaving Kazra'jin to languish anxiously in Zul'Gurub for four months.

Had the God-King truly forgotten?

Of course not.

Did he not wish to save the Amani? Did he not wish for Zul'Aman to be bathed in his radiance as well?

Third, Tonatiuh remembered that, in the original history, the High Elves and Forest Trolls had fought this war as well. During that battle, Zul'jin had been captured and ultimately escaped back to Zul'Aman by severing one of his own arms.

That was right. Even after Zul'jin was captured, Zul'Aman had not fallen.

That meant that unless external forces intervened, Quel'Thalas simply could not breach Zul'Aman. The Forest Trolls were in no danger of annihilation at all.
