Background & Establishment

Kong Deming prepared the organization’s initial foundation in Heaven Dou City by purchasing a temporary residence and producing practical low-rank Soul Tools before the Pavilion had formally been named. Ye Ling ordered the residence staffed and used it as the group’s first base of operations. 15

Ye Ling publicly introduced the name Mending Heaven Pavilion while selling the Level 5 Destroyer Hand Cannon through the Heaven Dou City Grand Auction House. He deliberately used the auction to spread the Pavilion’s name, ensure other factions recognized it as a legitimate force, and preserve the initiative in future negotiations. 20
