He formed hand seals, and a White Zetsu poked his head out of the ground. He was one of those left in Amegakure to monitor the village.

White Zetsu's voice was flat, without much emotion.
"After Zhengye cut off Pain's head, he used a fifty-meter-tall Susanoo to slash the nearby lake. Konan rushed back and announced their surrender."
"Then Konan took Zhengye and Pakura inside for a conversation. The contents are unknown."
"Just now, Konan saw Zhengye and Pakura off, then announced that the Akatsuki was disbanded."
