Early Life

Sasuke was born to Fugaku and Mikoto Uchiha as Josuke's twin and Itachi's younger brother. He and Josuke were raised within the isolated Uchiha compound after the clan fell under suspicion following the Nine-Tails Incident. 1 2

As a child, Sasuke admired Itachi and wanted his elder brother's attention and instruction. He declared that he would become Hokage, later sharing that ambition with Naruto during their first meeting. 2 3

Uchiha Clan Massacre

Sasuke returned from school with Josuke to find the Uchiha Clan slaughtered and their parents murdered.
