Qian Daoliu is a senior figure of Spirit Hall's Worship Hall, an institution founded by Qian Yuhan to supervise the Pope, train the Angel Wings, and retain control of Spirit Hall after her ascent. He eventually recognizes that the Worship Hall—not the Papal throne—is Spirit Hall's true center of authority. 93
