Background / History
Bei Bei encounters Huo Yuhao and Tang Ya while facing a Datura Snake. He orders Tang Ya to protect Yuhao, fights the soul beast with his dragon-claw martial-soul possession, and benefits from Yuhao’s spiritual link during the battle. Afterward, he asks Yuhao about his future and offers to take him toward Shrek City. 1
When Yuhao offers a Golden Apple as payment, Bei Bei recognizes that the fruit resonates with his bloodline. Rather than merely accepting it for travel assistance, he offers to use his special admission slot to bring Yuhao into Shrek Academy, intending to secure him an outer-court place even if the apple proves useless. 1 2
The admission slot comes from Bei Bei’s own connections rather than the Tang Sect. He leads Yuhao through enrollment and also supplies him with a cultivation technique that, while inferior to the Mysterious Heaven Skill, is substantially better than commonly available alternatives.
