Background / History

Qian Renxue travels under the identity of Heaven Dou Crown Prince Xue Qinghe. Shortly after obtaining her fifth soul ring, she is left bored and resentful in a caravan, frustrated that Bibi Dong—her mother—continues to disregard her while focusing on others. Her attendant Aila persuades her to leave the carriage and try the caravan's new cook's food. 20

Wearing a red dress and veil, Qian Renxue approaches Huo Yuhao and playfully offers to hire him as her personal chef. After he declines, she buys his cooking with Gold Soul Coins. Hearing him call his wife “Xue'er” and sensing his abnormal killing intent, she suspects a connection to a dangerous place known to her grandfather and sends Qian Daoliu a secret report. 21 22

While hosting Bone Douluo Gu Rong as Xue Qinghe, she uses Huo Yuhao's cooking to defuse the encounter and cultivate goodwill with the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect. She later reveals her true appearance to Huo Yuhao and offers him safe twin-martial-soul cultivation in exchange for allegiance to the Worship Hall.
