Dumbledore's fingers suddenly trembled slightly. He seemed to want to say something, but swallowed the words and said instead, "And Ravenclaw's Diadem... You burned it once in the Cave."

Later, when both sides had been candid with one another, Dumbledore had visited that nameless Cave. Traces of Dark Magic scorching still lingered on the charred black stones and rock wall, and there was not even a single web-spinning Spider in the Cave.

Lupin had been the one to use Fiendfyre at the time. To Wade, it felt like something that had happened long ago.

"The fourth was Slytherin's locket," Wade said quietly. "It was destroyed in the Cave where Regulus Black died."

Dumbledore had used the Fire Charm that time. Unlike Wade and Lupin, who needed Fiendfyre to burn for a long time, Dumbledore's flames needed only a few short seconds to burn the locket and the fragment of soul within it to nothing.

At the time, Wade had thought it was because the Headmaster's magic was so powerful. Only after learning Flame God did he understand what those blue-white flames meant.
