A brown-haired man carrying a briefcase stood outside. He looked around thirty-five or thirty-six, of average height and rather thin, with a slight stoop.
His gaze rested on the two of them. Once their eyes met, he took out an ID and opened it.
"Elijah Watkins."
The man said, "Department of Magical Accidents and Catastrophes. I'm here to visit Madam Piquery. I have an appointment."
"Ah, Mr. Watkins!"
Stella reacted quickly, instantly
