Background / History

Wei Heng was created by Liu Tianran as one of his clones. His martial soul was based on the Soulbreaker Spear of the Yang Clan, then altered so thoroughly that it became known as Evilbane. Liu Tianran himself was made Wei Heng's innate soul spirit and spear soul, while a trace of the Evil-Breaking Dragon's righteous aura was added to shape both his spear intent and public image. 33

He arrived alone in Shrek City to seek admission to Shrek Academy, communicating with Liu Tianran through the shared sea of consciousness space. Before enrollment, he explored the city, gathered energy and materials, and collected a violent strand of dragon-bloodline energy near the hotel used by Tang Wulin's group. 30 31

During Shrek's entrance assessment, Wei Heng ignored the Golden-Eyed Black Dragon King's oppressive pressure through sheer mental fortitude.
