Background / History

Naruto participates in the Chūnin Exams as a member of Team 7 alongside Sasuke Uchiha and Sakura Haruno. During Orochimaru's attack in the Forest of Death, he attempts to protect his teammates but is struck with the Five Elements Seal, disrupting his chakra and leaving him unconscious. He later wakes weakened but resolves to defeat Orochimaru. 5 10

After Sasuke defects from Konoha, Naruto confronts him on the hospital rooftop. Their Rasengan and Chidori clash is interrupted by Kakashi, and Sasuke ultimately leaves with the Sound Four. Naruto later checks on the injured members of the failed retrieval team before seeking out Senju Yunju for information on Orochimaru. 20 25
