Arc 1Feng Takes Tea Country

Feng escaped Konoha, used reanimated shinobi and genjutsu to build power in the Land of Tea, and maneuvered Aiko onto the daimyo’s seat. With Tea Country under his control, he turned to finding the Uzumaki Mask Hall and obtaining the Yin Nine-Tails.

  • Feng copied Hiruzen Sarutobi’s techniques and Fugaku’s Tsukuyomi and Susanoo, stole body parts from several graves, and escaped Konoha under the pretense of visiting the Valley of the End.
  • Feng reanimated Uchiha Mikio and had him control the Tea Country daimyo, who appointed Feng captain of the Samurai Corps and guardian of the capital.
  • Feng built his forces, reanimated Rin Nohara, Tobirama Senju, and Kushina Uzumaki, replaced his Sharingan, and learned the Flying Thunder God Technique.

Arc 2The Tea Country’s Hidden Power

Feng strengthened his forces, secured the Nine-Tails, and struck a wary bargain with Black Zetsu while preparing for the Uchiha Massacre. After revealing his Susanoo and defeating Yashiro Uchiha, Feng recruited him to find genjutsu specialists for his plans to control nearby nations.

  • Feng concealed his role as Tea Country’s ruler, ended Konoha’s investigation through a political settlement, and acquired White Fang’s swordsmanship legacy and Jūbei’s notes for his samurai.
  • Feng brought Karin Uzumaki and Ayaka to his camp, then used Kushina’s Dead Demon Consuming Seal to release Minato’s soul and seal the Nine-Tails inside himself.
  • Feng persuaded Kurama to help stop Black Zetsu and Obito’s plans, copied Minato’s Flying Thunder God techniques, and later struck a bargain with Black Zetsu for two White Zetsu and Uchiha targets.
  • Feng recruited Might Duy to train his forces in taijutsu and the Eight Gates, while Black Zetsu arranged for Yashiro Uchiha to meet him outside Konoha.

Arc 3Conquest and the Naka River

Feng subdued a flying ninja beast, expanded his forces, and conquered the Southern Red State Islands, Rainbow Country, and Moon Country. After Shisui was recovered from the Naka River, Feng returned to Konoha and instructed Yashiro to reclaim leadership of the Hawk Faction while avoiding a coup.

  • Feng defeated the Uchiha squads sent against him, won their loyalty, and brought them to the Land of Wind to capture and recruit Steel-Wing Dragon.
  • Feng returned to Tea Country with Steel-Wing Dragon and Hosokawa, expanded his forces, and used Might Duy to train his troops.
  • Feng warned Yashiro that the coming Uchiha massacre would kill those who still trusted Konoha, and asked him to prepare a hidden cavern for the clan.
  • Feng strengthened Tea Country and led his army to seize the Southern Red State Islands, Rainbow Country, and Moon Country, appointing allies to govern the new territories.
  • Feng rewarded his forces and ordered the conquered countries to grow their populations and militaries, while Bosawa reported that Kirigakure refugees were hiding near Sea Country.

Arc 4The Uchiha Exodus

Feng took control of the Uchiha clan, forced its departure from Konoha, and established a new homeland on Takera Island while building his influence across neighboring countries. The arc ends with Bosawa bringing five Kirigakure clans to Feng for refuge from the Bloody Mist Village.

  • Feng revealed his plan to move the Uchiha out of Konoha and gathered the clan for a meeting, where he challenged Fugaku’s leadership and was accepted as the new clan head.
  • Feng exposed Itachi’s role in the planned Uchiha massacre, expelled him from the clan, and ordered Fugaku to reclaim Itachi’s Sharingan, but Fugaku refused.
  • Feng announced the Uchiha would leave Konoha, fought Itachi and the village forces, and pressured Hiruzen to return Itachi’s and Shisui’s eyes before departing with the clan.
  • Feng brought the Uchiha to Takera Island, declared it their new homeland, and assigned Yashiro, Kazue, Setsuna, and other leaders to organize the clan’s ninja and civilian needs.
  • Feng advised Kentaro to resolve his situation with Junko and his chosen wife, then ordered his officials to guard the border, fund education and infrastructure, and train a loyal force.
  • Feng arranged governance and training across the Land of Moon and Rainbow Country while traveling with Aiko.
  • Bosawa interrupted Feng’s trip to introduce representatives of the Yuki, Kaguya, Hozuki, Kirisame, and Himi Clans, who had fled Kirigakure seeking refuge.
