Arc 9Feng Takes the Wind

Uchiha Feng defeated Konoha, rejected Obito’s offer, and expanded his alliances and influence. After conquering Sunagakure and taking control of the Land of Wind, he began preparing to use Princess Kazahana Koyuki’s claim to seize the Land of Snow.

  • Feng routed Konoha’s army, encircled the survivors, and left fewer than a hundred alive to escape under Nara Shikaku.

Feng consolidated his control over several lands, secured a ceasefire with Konoha, and manipulated Iwagakure and Kumogakure into conflict. After Urashiki attacked Gaara, Feng fought him until Sasuke arrived from the future with Urashiki captured and a gift for Feng.

  • Feng captured the Land of Snow, activated its Geothermal System, and secured Chiyo’s loyalty by promising a plan to bring water to the Land of Wind.
  • Feng gathered his leaders in the Land of Whirlpools, assigned civil and military duties across his territories, and appointed himself king of the reborn country.

  • Feng fused with White Zetsu Cells, revived the Third Kazekage and Fourth Kazekage to search for minerals, and launched railway and canal construction across the Land of Wind and neighboring countries.
