"What? You want me to become a ninja? Absolutely not!!"
In the Hokage's office, Uchiha Feng's face was written with resistance and dissatisfaction. His brows were tightly furrowed, and his arms were crossed over his chest as though forming his last line of defense.
Tsunade slammed her hand on the desk, producing a crisp sound that seemed intended to shake away Uchiha Feng's hesitation.
"No, you must become a ninja! This is your forehead protector. Take it and keep it safe. From now on, you are one of Konoha's elite jonin." Her tone was firm, filled with unquestionable authority, while expectation gleamed in her eyes.
Uchiha Feng turned his head away, trying to evade this heavy responsibility. The corner of his mouth twitched slightly in a protest filled with displeasure.
"No! I really don't want to be a ninja! A ninja's life is too exhausting. Look, I'm already tired enough serving as the Hokage's assistant, and you've pushed most of the Hokage's duties onto me!" He waved his hand forcefully, as if trying to drive away all those trivial tasks at once.
Tsunade sighed softly. Her tone carried a trace of helplessness and understanding, yet remained firm.
"You know, the greater the ability, the greater the responsibility. Feng... you're so strong. You should naturally shoulder the responsibility that comes with it." Her gaze was gentle yet resolute, as though she were trying to awaken the sense of duty buried deep within him through sheer force of will.
Uchiha Feng felt a headache coming on. He took a deep breath, did his best to sort out his thoughts, then said firmly, "I can become a Konoha ninja! But before that, I hope you'll agree to one request."
Tsunade paused slightly before nodding, her expression serious as she replied, "Fine! I agree."
