Li Changshou recovered the Red Lotus, managed the Investiture of the Gods, and drew the Heavenly Court into conflicts with the Western Teachings and Kunpeng. After exposing Senior Lang’s control over Kunpeng and returning to a world thrown into turmoil by Maitreya, he led the Heavenly Court’s forces to besiege Spirit Mountain.

As the Jade Emperor prepared a grand ceremony for Li Changshou’s promotion, guests gathered at Taibai Hall and Longji’s spilled tea brought Li Changshou into a confrontation with Randeng.
