Background / History

Future memories and martial-soul awakening

At age six, Ning Rongrong suddenly received fragmented memories of a future in which she and Su Li were husband and wife, comrades, and eventually gods who had both reached level 100. Believing their future relationship inevitable, she began seeking him out every day despite his detached attitude. 1

During the Seven Treasures Glazed Tile Sect’s awakening ceremony, she manifested the Seven Treasures Glazed Tile Pagoda and innate soul power level 9. She was proud of her talent, but Su Li’s innate full soul power immediately reignited her determination to surpass him. 1 2

Her father Ning Fengzhi considered a childhood engagement between her and Su Li. Rongrong reacted badly when she overheard the proposal being discussed, even though she consistently treated Su Li as her future husband in private. 3 15 23

Early cultivation
