Background and History

Zhenhua is the Blacksmith Association's president and the continent's only Divine Craftsman. Following the Holy Spirit Cult's attack on the Tang Sect Research Institute, he publicly declares that the Association will not compromise with evil and will support the hunt for the cult. 69

Yun Feng seeks him out in Heaven Dou City because she needs Battle Armor and intends to study forging without exposing her identity. Disguised as a twelve-year-old girl, she attacks Zhenhua and Mu Ye to attract their attention, then asks to become Zhenhua's disciple. Though initially guarded, Zhenhua agrees to test her. 63 69

Yun Feng's physical strength and Bloodline Power allow her to raise rare metal directly to Thousand Forging during the test. Zhenhua accepts her as a disciple after witnessing this result, while agreeing to conceal her identity under the name Yun Xue. 70

Over the following month, Zhenhua teaches Yun Feng forging techniques and supports her registration with the Blacksmith Association. She rapidly reaches Level Four Master Blacksmith status by simultaneously forging three metals to Thousand Forging. 71 72 73

When Yun Feng, Bi Ji, and Snow Whisper need a place to evade the Black Empress, Zhenhua permits them to stay at the Association. He also enlists Bi Ji's healing abilities to protect him during a Heavenly Forging attempt. 75 76

Zhenhua later gifts Yun Feng the Heavenly Forged bracelet created during that attempt, then gives her his accumulated Half-Step Heavenly Forging alloy when she leaves Heaven Dou City. He subsequently warns her through a secret message that her identity has been exposed and that she must leave urgently. 78 80 81

More than two years later, Zhenhua reunites with Yun Feng at the Eastsea City Blacksmith Association. He welcomes her warmly, evaluates her improved forging, arranges her Level Six blacksmith badge, and has her represent the Federation's Blacksmith Association against Chang Gongyan's disciple, Lin Yuhan. 97 98 100

Personality

Zhenhua is calm and measured under pressure. When Yun Feng unexpectedly attacks him and Mu Ye, he remains cautious rather than retaliating recklessly, choosing to assess her aptitude before deciding whether to accept her request. 69 70

He is deeply proud of exceptional forging talent and becomes openly delighted by Yun Feng's growth. Although aware that she conceals much of her ability, he protects her secrecy, provides resources without demanding repayment, and treats her as family rather than merely an apprentice. 71 73 78 97

His generosity is paired with professional judgment. He recognizes when Yun Feng is restraining herself, identifies her potential to reach at least Saint Craftsman-level ability, and warns her that hiding her brilliance too completely may prevent her from receiving proper support. 78 98
