Background / History

Tang Wulin was sent from the Divine Realm to Douluo Continent as an infant while carrying the sealed power of the Gold Dragon King. Tang San placed the Golden Dragon Spear inside him before sending him away to ensure his survival. 1

Yun Feng’s soul initially awakened within Tang Wulin, having inherited a substantial portion of the Gold Dragon King’s power. Yun Feng soon abandoned Tang Wulin’s body, possessed Na’er, and removed the Golden Dragon Spear from him. The loss of that portion of Golden Dragon King power reduced the burden on Tang Wulin’s body and normalized his formerly enormous appetite. 1 2

Although his Blue Silver Grass martial soul was initially dismissed as weak, Yun Feng insisted that he receive an opportunity to enter Sun Moon Imperial Soul Master Academy. Tang Wulin endured Divine Light Douluo’s martial-soul pressure until latent Golden Dragon King power resonated with Yun Feng’s own power, allowing him to force back the divine light and pass the assessment. 18 19

Tang Wulin is determined and unusually resilient for his age. During his academy assessment, he continued resisting Divine Light Douluo’s pressure even after becoming exhausted and injured, refusing to let Yun Feng down. 18
