Background

Kindness God King recognized the emergence of a lower-realm being wielding the laws of wealth, commerce, contracts, lending, and money. She concluded that, should this being attain godhood, he would automatically gain a God King position and potentially strengthen the Divine Realm. 3

The Angel God had once served under her. After Angel God’s fall, Kindness entrusted Angel God’s Divine Trial to Sea God Poseidon because Poseidon and Angel God originated from Douluo Continent and had been longtime friends. When Douluo Continent’s flourishing fortune prompted her to reclaim the trial and select a successor herself, she discovered Poseidon had stolen Angel God’s Authority of Purification and contaminated the inheritance with his own divine power. 17 18

She confiscated the damaged Divine Trial, confined Poseidon to his divine hall pending judgment, and personally began stripping away his divine power from the inheritance. The corruption had siphoned nearly seventy percent of Angel God’s purification authority and left the trial incapable of normally passing down Angel God’s full strength. 18

At the God Realm Council’s trial, she initially sought to strip Poseidon of his divine position and cast him into the lower realm. The final sentence reclaimed the stolen authority, abolished the cultivation he had accumulated while overseeing the trial, exiled him to guard the Forbidden Divine Land, and added one hundred lashes from the Judgment Whip personally administered by Kindness God King. 25 27

Appearance

Kindness God King is surrounded by a faint milky-white radiance, the natural manifestation of her Kindness divine power. Though normally gentle and warm, this aura becomes suffocatingly oppressive when she is angered. 17

Personality

Kindness God King is ordinarily mild-tempered, patient, and trusting. She initially accepted Poseidon’s explanations because she had entrusted him with Angel God’s legacy in good faith. 17

Her kindness does not extend to betrayal. Poseidon’s theft of a fallen deity’s authority and manipulation of Angel God’s future inheritor crossed her bottom line; when enraged, her voice becomes flatter and colder rather than louder. 17 25

She also accepts responsibility for failures under her authority. Although Poseidon committed the theft, she considered it her duty—and her atonement—to restore the Divine Trial after having placed it in his custody. 18
