Wu Di's expression turned grave. The monster before him had easily defeated two long-established A-Class heroes, so it was at least an Upper Demon-level Monster.
"What's this? Are you a hero too? I hope you can hold out a little longer."
A wicked smile appeared on Infinite Kelp's dark face as a strip of kelp shot toward Wu Di.
With his nimble footwork, Wu Di instantly dodged the attack. But immediately afterward, dozens of kelp strips surged toward him like a tidal wave.
"System, activate the trial card!"

Thud~ Wu Di also collapsed weakly to the ground. That final blow had exhausted all his strength.

"Damn it, I took a huge loss this time. No trial card dropped."
Wu Di panted as he forced himself to his feet. This time, he had used the trial card for B-Class Rank 1, Ximen Chuixue.
He had even been pierced through by Infinite Kelp, causing his Battle Suit durability to drop by a third. In the end, he had only received nine hundred Talent Points. Moreover, he had killed an Upper Demon-level Monster this time, yet no trial card had dropped.

"That can't be possible, right? A monster capable of causing this level of destruction would have to be at least Demon-level. How could a mere C-Class Hero withstand it?"
"No matter what, we need to notify the Association immediately. There truly is some kind of monster in this ghost city."
Azure Flame's expression was exceedingly grim. He had initially thought it was merely an ordinary monster, but after seeing the scene, he knew he had been completely wrong.
A monster of this level was not something the few of them could handle. The Association would likely need to dispatch S-Class Heroes to deal with it.
