When Feng Tingzhi's proposal was put forth, not all the Tingzhi agreed. Zhong Tingzhi and Chong Tingzhi both voiced their concerns. While this would indeed benefit the Profound Method and the Profound cultivators, it would also create greater barriers between the True and Profound paths, causing a degree of division.
Such concerns were not unfounded. Once all Profound cultivators could communicate within the Heaven-Training Dao Canon, they could use it in place of messages and conversation in their daily lives. Fellow cultivators scattered across the ends of the earth would all seem to be gathered in one place.
Yet True cultivators would scarcely be integrated into it. Although they could now speak with one another through crystal jade, it was ultimately not as convenient as the Heaven-Training Dao Canon. One could foresee that once all Profound cultivators were truly fused into one whole, the two sides would practically be cleaved apart.
After some thought, Deng Tingzhi believed this was not a major issue for the time being. Most True cultivators harbored thoughts of withdrawing from the world; this was determined by their cultivation methods. Many True cultivators even preferred not to be disturbed by others.
Besides, what the Heaven-Training Dao Canon was doing would strengthen Celestial Xia. They could not stop eating for fear of choking. Even without their guidance, could the Profound cultivators not accomplish this themselves? They were merely bringing it forward a little.
Feng Tingzhi said, "When Chief Controller Zhang established the Heaven-Training Dao Canon, it was for the benefit of Celestial Xia. Now that Chief Controller Zhang has gone to the Upper Layer and can no longer freely interfere in the affairs of the lower layer, this matter must be resolved by us. In Feng's view, even after the void domains are integrated, not all Celestial
