Rather than await death, she prepared a dangerous plan to cultivate anew as a human and seek godhood by another path 49 50.

She had raised the Ice Bear King Xiaobai from childhood, and he regarded her as his mother despite having no biological relation to her. Before beginning her own transformation, Snow Empress insisted that Xiaobai choose for himself whether to join Huo Yuhao's God-Making Plan 52 53.

Choosing Re-Cultivation

Snow Empress rejected the proposal to become Huo Yuhao's martial soul and revealed that she had already chosen to re-cultivate as a human. Although Ice Empress opposed the dangerous plan, Snow Empress considered it preferable to facing her near-certain death beneath the next Heavenly Tribulation 50.

Xiaobai's Decision
